This news comes after Harry had to go home for Prince Philip’s funeral.
Last month, when the Oprah-and–royals interview happened, the British TV personality Piers Morgan defended the royal family. He quit his job, and he wasn’t hosting ‘Good Morning Britain’ because he didn’t want to apologize to Meghan for criticizing her.

However, Morgan shared that the Royal family thanked him for having their back against Meghan.
Extra shared that Morgan stated, “some messages communicated to me” from “members of the royal family.”
When he had to answer if the messages came from “higher ranked people” in the royal family, Morgan played it coy.
“Well, I’m not going to go into who it was, but what I can say is gratitude for someone who was standing up for me,”
Then, Morgan shared what he would say to Meghan if he could speak to her.
“I would say to Meghan Markle, ‘Look… sit down with me with your husband for an equally long interview… and let me ask you more difficult questions about all your claims… but let me ask you a wider question, which is this… If you hate the royal family that much… why do you keep your royal titles…? Why would you do that if it’s just not to make millions and millions of dollars…? And playing the victim as you do is nauseating,”
Regarding the entire situation, Morgan said that he has only one regret.
“The only thing I would have done differently,” he shared, “I wouldn’t have walked out in the middle of the show the way I did; I don’t think Americans realized it was only for a few minutes and I went back in and did two more hours of the show.”
However, Morgan wanted to clarify to everyone: He is not a racist! It is not racist to criticize Meghan because she is a woman of color.
“I’m not a racist — nothing I’ve ever said about Meghan Markle is racist or racially motivated,” he stated. “I’ve been very critical of Prince Harry, and last time I checked, he was white… and so I find this narrative deeply offensive.”
In a series of shocking claiming, Piers Morgan criticized Oprah’s interview, alleging that Meghan was a victim of racism from within the royal family. She emphasized that things were so bad that she had suicidal thoughts. It was an allegation that Morgan didn’t believe in.
