BIZARRE: Kamala Harris Laughs In The Face of Parents Who Can’t Afford Good Schools

When speaking about the plight of parents who cannot afford to send their children to kindergarten, Vice President Kamala Harris burst out laughing uncontrollably. The audience clapped awkwardly instead of joining Harris in her high-pitched cackle at the suffering of American families, indicating that they were perplexed by Harris’ outburst.

“More people are recognizing that affordable child care is a major issue,” Harris said. “When they had to carry their children to kindergarten, more parents saw the importance of educators…”

She then burst into fits of uncontrollable high-pitched laughter.

Harris’ laughter was compared to Joaquin Phoenix’s character in the 2019 film Joker, who, due to a medical disorder, bursts into maniacal laughter at inopportune times.

According to National File: Politics, President Joe Biden has previously referred to cackling sidekick Harris as “President Harris.”

President Joe Biden referred to his Vice President, Kamala Harris, as “President Harris” in a brief public appearance this afternoon.

“When President Harris and I took a virtual tour of a vaccination center in Arizona,” Biden said, pausing momentarily after referring to Harris as President, perhaps realizing his error.

The MRCTV Twitter account wrote, “Even POTUS knows he’s not in charge, refers to VP as ‘President Harris.”

Biden previously referred to Harris as “President-elect Harris” in December, when the election was already being challenged by President Donald Trump. The foreign media clearly referred to this as his “new gaffe.”
