Biden’s White House Chief of Staff, according to insiders, mistakenly retweeted a statement demonstrating the ultimate workaround for OSHA standards protecting workers from unjust vaccine and medical demands.
These folks are notorious for overplaying their hand, and Biden’s White House Chief of Staff just disclosed to the entire world what the totalitarian administration in D.C. is really thinking.
The only thing I have to say about this situation is that it involves lawsuits.
I understand that many people are afraid right now, but refuse to obey.
If your boss tries to push this on you, compel them to dismiss you instead of quitting or caving in to their demands.
The latest on Biden’s medical despotism is as follows:
WH Chief of Staff might regret this retweet.
Courts consider the intent and purpose of policies and Klain just endorsed the notion that OSHA rule is a "work-around" to enact flagrantly illegal federal vaccine mandates. pic.twitter.com/RBB4ihsIiL

Ronald Klain, the White House chief of staff, faced criticism on social media Thursday after he retweeted a post that seemed to praise the Biden administration for pulling off the “ultimate work-around” for a national COVID-19 vaccine requirement.
President Biden announced proposed rules that would force private-sector employers with more than 100 workers to either require them to be fully vaccinated or mandate that they undergo weekly tests. Biden referred to the mandate as a “new action plan.” The rules would be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Foolish RT from WH chief of staff. He said the quiet part out loud.
Biden admin knows it’s likely illegal (like the eviction moratorium) but they don’t care. https://t.co/AlfmYtuvhp

According to The Epoch Times, there has already been significant pushback:
More opposition is expected to arise as a result of such mandates. According to a recent Gallup poll, around 52 percent of people support employer vaccine requirements, while 38 percent reject them, with 29 percent strongly opposing them.
A number of unions, including several hospital workers unions, firemen unions, and police unions, have published comments in recent weeks opposing vaccine mandates.
Vaccine mandates have been opposed by a number of other labor unions. In July, hospital workers from Service Employees International Union 1199 rallied in Manhattan to protest a rule enforced by New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
