In the aftermath of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s explosive tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey last month, a royal expert is speaking out this week, claiming that there is a reason why the royal family has not reached out to them.
Gayle King, Oprah’s best friend, revealed on “CBS This Morning” last month that after the interview aired, Harry spoke with his father, Prince Charles, and brother, Prince William.

“Well, I’m not trying to break news, but I did call them to see how they were doing, and it’s real, Harry has spoken to his brother and his father as well,” King explained. “I was told those talks were not fruitful,” says the narrator.
“And I think what is still troubling to them is that the palace keeps saying they want to sort things out privately, but they believe these false allegations are still coming out that are really disparaging against Meghan,” she said, “and no one in the royal family has spoken to Meghan yet, at this particular time.”
Nobody in the royal family has contacted Meghan, according to Anna Pasternak of Fox News, because they don’t trust her and are worried that any discussions they have with her will be leaked to the public.
Pasternak claimed, “They don’t trust her.” “We don’t believe that if they ever get in touch with her, it won’t be shown on CBS.
You can’t go on international television and trash the royal family in front of a global audience of almost 50 million people and then ask them to reach out in good faith. It’s not going to work. It would be naive to believe that the royal family would immediately think, “Our organization is all wrong.” after hearing this interview. We’ve fallen behind the times. We need your assistance in modernizing our facilities.’”
She added, “Well, it was never going to happen.” “The House of Windsor, the British royal family, has survived because they have been ruthless in their survival mode and have adhered to the same rituals and protocols.
“My brother and my father are trapped,” Harry admitted, “because he knows nothing is going to change.”
