
Jim Banks, the chairman of the Republican Study Committee, declared that any attempt to erase the party of Trump may or will cost the GOP all elections.
Banks shared a tweet in which he says that if the Republican Party wants to purge the party of Donald Trump, and failed to see his appeal to working-class voters, will lose the elections in 2022/2024, maybe even more.

He also added that by being a conservative leader, he will not let that happen.
Donald Trump experienced blowup from some of the GOP officials. One was Senator Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and seven senators more.
They voted to convict Trump while his impeachment trial.
McConnell gave his vote to acquit the former president, saying that it would be unconstitutional to do so. Also, he added that Trump must face civil or criminal prosecution for the event on January 6 and his speech to his fans.

Donald Trump, on Tuesday night, criticized the position of McConnell as a leader of the party and asked a new Senate Leader. Furthermore, Trump determinately said he will brace the Republicans who endorse the America First policy and Make America Great Again agenda.
He said that McConnell isn’t able to do what it takes, and what is right for America.

On January 5, in Georgia during the runoff elections Trump inspired the Democrats. Via Twitter he said that Congress needs to pass a stimulus bill with $2,000 direct payments to Americans. At this point, Democratic leaders endorse his idea.
Joe Biden in Georgia said that If Democrats win the majority of the Senate, the $2,000 checks will pass.
Trump said:
‘’Then came the Georgia disaster, where we should have won both U.S. Senate seats, but McConnell matched the Democrat offer of $2,000 stimulus checks with $600. It became the Democrats’ principal advertisement, and a big winner for them it was.’’
