For Ashli Babbitt, there is STILL NO JUSTICE.

When will we have a complete picture of what occurred? So far, we’ve just heard hearsay and conjecture about what transpired.

We don’t even know the alleged shooter’s name, and some have speculated that he might be a member of Mike Pence’s security detail.

Nonetheless, we are left with more questions than answers.

Is it possible that the shooter is Officer Byrd or someone else?

Was Ashli caught off guard that day?

Her attorney appears to agree, claiming that she posed little to no threat.

The following reports back up the hypothesis that Ashli was ambushed:

Roberts stated, “It’s not arguable.” “There had been no forewarning….” What he did was an ambush, in my opinion.”

The Babbitt family and others are reportedly angry that the Democrat-led House select committee’s first hearing, held on Jan. 6, did not address Babbitt’s death.

Babbitt, 35, was fatally shot as she attempted to climb through a broken window in a barred door leading from the House floor to the restricted Speaker’s Lobby.

Babbitt, a San Diego native and Air Force veteran, was unarmed.

In an article published by Real Clear Investigations, Babbitt’s lawyer made the following remarks:

“His trigger finger should not be inside the trigger guard, and the gun should not be directed at other officers,” says the officer. Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.), a former professional mixed-martial-arts fighter who had joined the scrum in front of the chamber doors, was mentioned by a fellow officer.

In a long interview, Roberts remarked, “I can’t tell you how many officers have contacted me to say that what that person did doesn’t pass muster.” “No one, not even the Justice Department, has stepped forth to say this was justified homicide.”
