Mountain Play Place was visited by police in November 2019 amid reports that it was caring for more children than was permitted. Despite Faith’s repeated claims that there were no children present, the officer could hear children.
According to the arrest complaint, many of the youngsters had dirty or wet diapers and were sweaty and thirsty.
Vanessa Nagel, the mother of a kid at the daycare, expressed her delight at the verdict but said that the trial had been emotionally draining.
“It’s going to take help, especially for our kids, to move on after the trauma they’ve experienced,” she said.
