A police department in Maryland just published a very disturbing video, filmed with a body-worn camera, that shows a police interaction with a 5-year-old little boy. The video was filmed in January 2020, outside the elementary school the boy was attending. a January 2020 police interaction with a 5-year-old boy who walked out of his elementary school, East Silver Spring Elementary.
The video was released this Friday by the Montgomery County Police Department.
One of the officers from the force is recognized under the name of Kevin Christmon, and the other one is Dionne Holliday. And that is the one that confronts the little boy, placing him in the police vehicle, and at one point – even puts handcuffs on him!

“This is why people need to beat they kids,” Holliday said in the video. “… I hope your mom let me beat you.”
Holliday is also seen screaming in the face of the child multiple times.
The mother filed a lawsuit against the whole police department.
“The child was traumatized, and the child is receiving treatment,” Papirmeister, one of the attorneys engaged in the lawsuit stated. “We want an appropriate and reasonable monetary settlement, or judgment, or verdict for damages for that trauma.”
